On the afternoon of April 14, 2025, at the Korea Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul, during MoneyToday’s “11th Korea Excellent Company Awards,” the company received the Excellence in Technology Award in the AI/AR-integrated BIM Consulting category and posed for a commemorative photo with Prof. Jongseop Lee of Dongguk University.

Affiliated with the construction-IT firm Syntegrate Group, the team includes experts who have delivered global projects such as Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) and Qatar Museums. It is a smart-construction solutions company that leverages AI and big data to innovate the entire lifecycle from design and construction to operations.

Most recently, in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and NVIDIA, it has developed technologies that integrate AI with building information modeling (BIM) and is deploying them on sites including mixed-use commercial complexes, data centers, and ultra-fine process manufacturing facilities.
