Integrated Smart Infrastructure Services Powered by BIM and AI
Wyzrs delivers integrated services that combine BIM and AI to maximize quality and productivity throughout the entire lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from design, construction, to operations. Using BIM, we consolidate all physical and functional project information, structures, MEP, materials, and schedules, into a unified digital environment. By integrating AI, we enable advanced analysis and automation, including design optimization, clash detection, resource allocation, and schedule forecasting.
Our team brings proven expertise from global infrastructure projects, including Hong Kong Admiralty Station, Railway, Taiwan Danjiang Bridge, Hong Kong Airport Expansion, Gwangmyeong Cave development, Sydney port yard works, and NSW Rail projects. We deeply understand the requirements and data flows of large-scale, multi-stakeholder infrastructure programs, where complex data management, coordination, and collaboration are critical. Notably, in the Admiralty project, an underground railway and new platform construction with significant risk factors, we used BIM modeling down to rebar level to precisely control quantities, and leveraged simulation to optimize schedules and costs, successfully mitigating risks and delivering the project to a high standard.
Our approach incorporates real-time data integration via digital twins, 4D simulation enhanced with reinforcement learning to mitigate schedule risks, and automation of repetitive reporting and analysis. This results in a full-cycle smart infrastructure solution encompassing design automation, clash resolution, automated shop drawing generation, and long-term maintenance planning, ensuring superior quality, reliability, and efficiency for every project.
