Integrated BIM and AI Plant Project Services

Wyzrs delivers integrated services that combine BIM and AI to maximize quality and productivity throughout the entire lifecycle of complex, large-scale plant projects, from design, construction, to operations. Plant projects, including power plants, petrochemical facilities, LNG terminals, water treatment plants, semiconductor fabs, and biomanufacturing plants, require advanced technical expertise and precise process control. Due to the scale and complexity of such facilities, accurate 3D modeling and data-driven coordination from the earliest design stage are essential.

The Wyzrs team has successfully applied BIM and AI in various plant projects, including the Yuen Long Effluent Polishing Plant, San Shek Wan Sewage Treatment, large-scale digital twin development and operational simulations for water treatment facilities, simulation of nuclear power generation facilities, digital twin strategies for biomanufacturing plants, and layout database development and automated design for semiconductor factories.

All major plant components, including electrical systems, piping, mechanical equipment, and structures, are managed in an integrated BIM environment, enhanced with AI to enable design automation, clash resolution, quantity take-off analysis, and process simulations. This approach identifies and resolves thousands of potential clashes in advance, minimizing costly rework and delays during fabrication and installation. By meeting stringent project requirements, Wyzrs continuously improves quality and productivity across design, construction, and operational phases.
