Wyzrs Wins '2025 Smart Construction Challenge' Innovation Award for AI Clash Management Technology
The AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry has long faced the technical challenge of risks and productivity decline stemming from the chronic issue of 'design clashes'. Notably, even after the adoption of BIM, fundamental pain points from the field—such as "clash report generation takes too long" or "issue resolution is delayed due to slow data confirmation"—have persisted.
Wyzrs, by solving these field problems with its proprietary solution combining AI and big data technology, has won the 'Innovation Award in the BIM Category' at the '2025 Smart Construction Challenge' hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Clash AI (Clash Management and Reporting Automation)
Clash and issue management, a core part of the BIM coordination process, is a task that demands immense time and accuracy. 'Clash AI' moves beyond merely finding clashes; it collects and databases the data, fully automating the conventional manual reporting process.
The AI automatically reviews and classifies complex clashes within the BIM model and enhances project productivity and accuracy through intuitive dashboards, chatbots, and instantaneous report generation.
Wyzrs has already demonstrated this technology's concrete achievements in other projects, reducing clash data management time by 83% and related report generation time by 87%.
Task AI (Data-Driven Process Risk Management)
'Task AI' is an integrated SaaS platform that centrally collects, analyzes, and manages all project work data. During this demonstration, it preemptively discovered a critical scheduling risk: the '5th-floor structural work' and the '3rd/4th-floor exterior work' were set to conflict in the same workspace.
Based on this data analysis, Task AI optimized the schedule, minimizing the potential work delay to just four days.
Resolving 5,500 Clashes
For this challenge, Wyzrs opted for a head-on approach: adding its own self-designed, high-complexity MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) model to the provided architectural and structural models.
This was done to validate its technology under more complex, realistic conditions, resulting in the detection of over 5,500 total clashes. Using 'Clash AI', Wyzrs systematically resolved approximately 90% (89.8%) of these clashes, proving the technology's effectiveness.
'Data Insight' from Self-Analysis
Wyzrs demonstrated a unique differentiator by databasing and analyzing the 300+ hours of actual work data spent on the challenge itself.
The company quantified its modeling productivity (e.g., '12.2 elements generated per minute') and analyzed the efficiency of work by time of day. This process of turning project experience itself into 'insight' provides a foundation for further improving productivity in the future.
The judging committee highly evaluated Wyzrs's technology for its automation of risk management—a chronic issue in construction projects—using AI, and for maximizing the practical application of BIM data.
